Payment Policy


Payment Policy:

All payments can be given terms based upon agreement with Office Gateway Sales Agent for loyal and regular customers. 

However we encourage customers to pay on Cash on Delivery basis (COD) to avail of other promos and incentives that the company is giving such as free delivery, gift packages and discounts. 

On-Line Credit Card Payment will be available soon. Each order will be accompanied by an Office Gateway Sales Invoice. The sales invoice will have the quantity, description, unit cost, amount and total amount payable to Office Gateway Enterprise. 

An Office Gateway Enterprise Official Receipt will be issued to you by our delivery personnel upon receipt of payment. 

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Office Gateway, you may return it to our delivery personnel immediately. If you are not satisfied with our products after you have received them, you may return it within the applicable time frame. For returns after delivery, the product must be returned to Office Gateway Enterprise in its original condition with its complete and original packaging intact (original barcode, packaging materials, instructions, manuals, etc.) we accept a product exchange or a credit equal to your original purchase price. 

Warranty and Exchange Policy:

Office supplies that are purchased from Office Gateway Enterprise, due to factory defects or in good condition may be returned or exchanged within 3 days from delivery date, provided that the product's complete and original packaging are intact (original barcode, packaging materials, instructions, manuals, etc.) provided that a copy of the sales invoice and Official receipt are presented. 

Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
